Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
Thinly slice onion. Finely chop parsley. Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Mix until well blended.
Pack into a 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake 1-1/2 hours or until loaf is browned on top and cooked through. Serve warm or cool in pan. Cut into slices to serve.
